Our Story
From two countries to countless adventures—helping nomads live freely since 2019
How It All Started
Go Nomad Life was born in 2019 when two worlds collided—literally. I’m from Nepal, my husband is from the UK, and when we started traveling together, we quickly realized something: the nomad lifestyle isn’t just about hopping on planes and posting sunset photos.
It’s about navigating visa complications at 2 AM. Finding reliable insurance that actually covers you in 47 countries. Discovering that one café in Chiang Mai with the decent WiFi and the even better coffee. Learning which flights save you hundreds and which “deals” are traps.
We made every mistake in the book—overpaying for insurance, missing flight deals, choosing the wrong accommodation, struggling to find community in new cities. But each stumble taught us something valuable, and we thought: why should other nomads have to learn these lessons the hard way?
Our Mission
We exist to make the nomad lifestyle smoother, smarter, and more sustainable. Whether you’re a seasoned digital nomad or just dreaming about your first one-way ticket, we’re here to share the practical, honest advice we wish we’d had when we started.
What We Actually Do?
Go Nomad Life isn't just another travel blog with pretty pictures. We're your practical guide to living location-independently, covering:

Nomad Essentials
The gear, apps, and tools that have survived our six years on the road (and the ones that didn’t)
Accommodation
Honest hotel and Airbnb recommendations from places we’ve actually stayed, not affiliate spam
Community
Finding your people on the road, coworking spaces that don’t suck, and events worth attending
Insurance & Logistics
Insurance plans that cover long-term travel, visa guidance, and the boring-but-crucial admin stuff
Podcast
Real conversations with nomads about what this lifestyle actually looks like—the good and the messy
Why Trust Us?
We’ve been living this life non-stop since 2019. Not as a gap year experiment or a three-month “digital nomad trial”—this is our full-time reality. We’ve navigated pandemic border closures, health scares in foreign countries, relationship challenges on the road, and every logistical nightmare you can imagine.
We bring perspectives from both Nepal and the UK, which means we understand the challenges nomads face from different starting points—visa restrictions, currency differences, cultural navigation, and everything in between.
Most importantly: we’re still out here doing it. Everything we share is tested in real life, not researched from a desk in one location.
